week three is here
Well week three is upon us. I hope all of you ladies are doing great. Last week was a little up and down for me. I did great with eating and excrise to get on the scale at weight watchers and have gained 1.2 pounds...WHAT??? The next morning my cycle came and it all magicly disappeared. I ended up losing two more pounds this week and for that i am grateful. So my goal for myself this week is to watch my wine intake. I like to have a bottle on both my friday and my saterday...im going to try to cut it down to only one bottle per weekend. I like my wine girls, this will be a huge challange. My second goal this week to try some new workouts. Running is my go to and i would like to expand. good luck to all of you this week I am cheering you on!!!

Good job on everything. Just gotta live with that cycle until you get old like me and get to enjoy the few advantages of getting old. I don't miss my cycle AT ALL! Although, I would like to be able to use the excuse for my gaining weight. :) Do they have light wine?? Good luck this coming week.
ReplyDeleteGlad to hear it's all just water weight. I have the same Wine troubles. And I wish there was light wine! I love kickboxing videos and really loved this 10min video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_W0BqtiyhyI that I did last week. I am about to try his 25min one. I tried another ladies 40min video but she spent so much of her class doing pushups and I can't do them because of carpel tunnel in my wrist. So I found I loved this guys video and was sore! (not sure which video made me sore, prob both). YouTube is a great place to find more workouts and when you find a person you like you click subscribe and can go to their page anytime and pick the work out you like.
